Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and transfer to our fulfillment partners. It does not include shipping time.

Because we use third-party suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Shipping Times (Estimated)

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7–20 business days

  • Canada: 10–25 business days

  • International: 14–35 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and supplier location.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly stated at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers require time to activate tracking numbers.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is unavailable to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or collect these fees.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incomplete or invalid addresses

If an order is returned to the sender, reshipping costs may apply.


Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays can occur.

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.

Lost or undelivered packages are reviewed case by case. Replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion based on tracking confirmation and supplier verification.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
